We’re looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to manage the daily operations of a busy warehouse, overseeing inventory control, stock movements, and the dispatching of goods.About the companyThey are a well-established company specialising in the manufacture and supply of high-quality, innovative equipment to clients across various industries. Their products are used by universities, research institutions, and multinational organisations for advanced testing and development.Your RoleAs Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll:
  • Manage goods inwards, inspecting quality and ensuring accurate records.
  • Supervise and assist with picking, packing, and dispatching orders for production and sales.
  • Oversee stock issuance and suggest process improvements.
  • Coordinate courier bookings and organise export packing and freight forwarding.
  • Liaise with production teams on shortages, damages, or quality issues.
  • Maintain forklift operations and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Lead cycle counts and stock checks, ensuring accurate inventory management.
What You’ll Need as a Warehouse Supervisor
  • Demonstrable experience in a warehouse / stores environment, preferably in engineering.
  • Supervisory experience and strong organisational skills.
  • A current Reach Truck forklift license (Counterbalance is a bonus).
  • Proficiency with ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proven track record in stock management and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure.
