Your Role
As Warehouse Supervisor, youll:
- Manage goods inwards, inspecting quality and ensuring accurate records.
- Supervise and assist with picking, packing, and dispatching orders for production and sales.
- Oversee stock issuance and suggest process improvements.
- Coordinate courier bookings and organise export packing and freight forwarding.
- Liaise with production teams on shortages, damages, or quality issues.
- Maintain forklift operations and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Lead cycle counts and stock checks, ensuring accurate inventory management.
What Youll Need as a Warehouse Supervisor
- Demonstrable experiencein a warehouse / stores environment, preferably in engineering.
- Supervisory experience and strong organisational skills.
- A currentReach Truck forklift license(Counterbalance is a bonus).
- Proficiency withERP softwareand Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proven track record in stock management and inventory control.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure.
