An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Theale as a Service Co-ordinator Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.

As the Service Co-ordinator you will be responsible for:

  • To assist the Service/Installations Manager & Supervisor.
  • To answer the Service Line telephone promptly and pleasantly and to handle all calls/information with discretion and confidentiality. Monitor Service email inbox and deal with any enquires.
  • To ensure all service calls are logged promptly onto the system.
  • Arranging for Sub-contractors to attend calls and raising purchase orders.
  • Update engineers assigned calls daily and report any calls that need further works to Service Manager/Supervisor. Update customer websites with engineer ETA and delivery of kit/parts.

The successful Service Co-ordinator will have the following related skills / experience

  • Good communication skills and a pleasant customer focused attitude
  • A working knowledge of A/V installations with some technical knowledge
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Due to the location, you will need to be a driver with your own transport
