Key Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of MEP-focused projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to drive project success.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Manage progress reporting, site documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Proactively identify and resolve any site or technical issues to maintain programme and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry.
- Recent experience delivering MEP work packages (mechanical bias preferred).
- Solid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
