Office Administrator
Location:Â Goring, Reading (Hybrid)
Job Type:Â Full-time, Temp to Perm
Pay: £16 to £20 per hour
We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an Office Administrator to support two HR specialists. The ideal candidate will be happy working with a small company and can demonstrate proficiency in administrative tasks, and various software tools. Initially based full-time at the Goring office for the first month, with flexible arrangements to work from home after the initial period.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and execute administrative tasks related to the Office Administration and marketing processes efficiently.
- Utilise various software tools including Outlook, Word, and other web-based applications to perform daily duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and the ability to navigate and use various web-based applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow complex written instructions.
- A proactive approach and a strong sense of responsibility towards completing tasks.
