Location: Reading, UK
Salary: £35,100 p/a
Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (40 hours per week)
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Inventory Team Leader to oversee our late shift operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring stock accuracy, efficient warehouse processes, and team performance.
What You’ll Be Doing as an Inventory Team Leader :Lead inventory, receiving, and kitting operations
Ensure accurate stock records through cycle counts and audits
Resolve discrepancies and drive process improvements
Support team development and maintain 6S standards
Minimum 1 year in inventory or warehouse operations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Confident using ERP systems; forklift license a plus
Clear communicator with a proactive mindset

Monday–Friday PM shift (no weekends)
