The RoleYou'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your own portfolio, ensuring excellent service delivery for both landlords and tenants. This is a role for someone confident, proactive, and ready to take ownership of their work while being part of a friendly and collaborative team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of circa 150 residential properties
  • Handling maintenance issues, contractor coordination, and compliance checks
  • Organising tenancy renewals, move-ins, and check-outs
  • Ensuring properties meet legal safety and compliance standards
  • Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers
  • Conducting occasional property visits and inspections
  • Keeping accurate records and responding to emails and calls efficiently
