This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with experience in SEN, care, or child development who are looking to pursue a career in education, therapy, or psychology. You will work alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and specialists to deliver tailored support and ensure all children feel safe, supported, and able to thrive.

- Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Reading
- Salary: 89-100 per day
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- Ideal for: Psychology, Education, or Counselling Graduates or individuals with experience in care, SEN, or support work
SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs in class and during activities
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to each child
- Assisting with communication tools and sensory strategies
- Helping children with emotional regulation and social development
- Promoting independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
