An inclusive and well-resourced SEN school in Reading is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with experience in care, education, or support roles - or graduates looking to build a rewarding career in SEN or education.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will be supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH. Your role will involve working closely with class teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a safe and engaging learning environment tailored to each student's individual needs.

- Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

- Start Date: ASAP
- Salary: 89-100 per day
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Experience: SEN experience preferred but not essential
