As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will be supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH. Your role will involve working closely with class teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a safe and engaging learning environment tailored to each student's individual needs.
