A leading residential developer operating in the Central Berkshire region has a new opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator to join the business from their HQ office.

As a Senior Estimator, you'll collaborate with the Commercial team, focusing on creating comprehensive development budgets, estimates, and cashflows from the pre-land purchase phase to the final budget estimate.

Your role as Senior Estimator will involve seamless handover to the Quantity Surveying and Buying teams. You will have worked within the southern residential sector, will demonstrate proactive independent work capabilities, close collaboration with the land team, and the upkeep of a competitive cost database.

This role is open to having Estimators at Senior Estimator level of experience over 7yrs+ within the sector or an Estimator at the stage of their career they are working at Senior Estimator level but not with the salary, benefits and responsibilities currently.
