Description
As the Quality Engineer your duties will include:
- Developing and implementing quality standards and procedures.
- Identifying and resolving product and production non-compliance issues.
- Monitoring production processes and product quality to identify areas of improvement.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure quality in design and manufacturing.
- Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics.
- Train and guide staff on new processes and compliance procedures.
Profile
The successful Quality Engineer should have:
- Previously worked in a similar Quality Engineer position in manufacturing - ESSENTIAL
- Worked in the aerospace sector to AS9100 standards - ESSENTIAL
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - ESSENTIAL
- Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies - ESSENTIAL
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve complex issues - ESSENTIAL
Job Offer
- Immediate start for an on-going contract
- c£30 per hour (inside IR35)
