Description

As the Quality Engineer your duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing quality standards and procedures.
  • Identifying and resolving product and production non-compliance issues.
  • Monitoring production processes and product quality to identify areas of improvement.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure quality in design and manufacturing.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics.
  • Train and guide staff on new processes and compliance procedures.

Profile

The successful Quality Engineer should have:

  • Previously worked in a similar Quality Engineer position in manufacturing - ESSENTIAL
  • Worked in the aerospace sector to AS9100 standards - ESSENTIAL
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - ESSENTIAL
  • Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies - ESSENTIAL
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve complex issues - ESSENTIAL
