Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking to make a real impact in your community? We're looking for a committed professional to help us keep our housing stock in great shape and deliver a high-quality, customer-focused repairs and maintenance service. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our residents live in safe, well-maintained homes by managing reactive maintenance, conducting detailed property inspections, and overseeing capital works from concept through completion.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll be involved in contract administration, performance monitoring, managing budgets, working with tenants, and helping shape planned maintenance programmes. We're looking for someone with a strong technical background, ideally HNC-qualified or with equivalent experience in building surveying or construction.
