- Conducting inspections, assessments, or other service-related tasks in line with regulations and best practicePreparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and updating relevant systems
- Collaborating with colleagues, stakeholders, and service users to deliver service objectives
- Manage and deliver housing maintenance and capital works.
- Conduct inspections (void and tenanted), prepare schedules of work, and supervise contractors.
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in building/surveying environments.
- Understanding of housing maintenance, building construction, contracts, and property compliance.
- Experience preparing specifications, schedules of work, and managing contractor performance.
- Relevant certifications in H&S, asbestos, CDM.
- Good IT literacy, particularly with housing management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
