We are seeking a Customer Account Executive to join a growing manufacturer in Redditch.
This role requires a results-driven individual to manage customer accounts from initial inquiries to order completion.
Candidates should have previous experience in Account Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
A basic salary of £28,000 to £30,000 is offered, depending on skills and experience.
Experience in the industry is preferred, and qualifications such as CIP's or IoSCM Level 3 are advantageous.

We are recruiting for a Customer Account Executive to join a busy and growing manufacturers based in Redditch. We are looking for a results driven, self motivated individual who can manage existing customer accounts right from their initial enquiry, to processing orders and managing all supporting order documentation through to completion.The Customer Account Executive main duties will be :- Dealing with initial customer enquires with regards to their orders including stock checking, delivery guidance and offering alternative stocked options.Managing quotes for customer key accounts and responsible for orders through to completion.Managing supporting documentation including shipping documentation, schedules etcProcessing customer orders and ensuring customers are kept up to date with the status at all times and developing the existing customer relationship.Maintain databases with client data including pricing information and order detailsThe successful Customer Account Executive will have the following skills and experience:- Previous experience within Account Management/ Supply Chain Management/ Procurement / Customer Account Management/ Internal Sales/ Sales Order Processing.Qualified to CIP’s / IoSCM Level 3 or above would be a distinct advantage but not essential Strong MS office experience is essential and SAP would be advantageous as wellStrong problem solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet KPI targets.In return you can expect to work for a global company who really value their employees, and invest in them long term.
