We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor to join a well established business based in Redditch. We are looking for an individual who has a strong telephone manor and who enjoys working within a busy environment.

Duties Will Include:

·Contact businesses via telephone.

·Responding to incoming emails.

·Sending out letters to clients.

·Provide high levels of customer service.

·Ensuring clients are consistently updated with accurate information.

·Updating the database with high levels of accuracy.
