We are seeking passionate Early Years-KS2 supply teachers to become part of our team in the Redditch area. As a supply teacher working through Hays, you will be expected to deliver pre-planned lessons to a class of children. You must be happy to follow school behaviour policies and implement these to ensure a safe and secure learning environment. At the end of the day, work should be marked again to school policy and a handover left to ensure a smooth transition for the returning teacher.What you'll need to succeed?

To succeed in the new job, you must have experience of teaching EYFS, KS1 or KS2 or if you have a preference to year group, please specify. Strong classroom management skills are desirable. You must have QTS to apply for this role. We also accept ECTs. The ideal supply teacher will:
