Sales CoordinatorCurrently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join my Client who are a leading manufacturing company on a full time permanent basis ASAP based in Redditch.Start date - ASAPWorking Hours - Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and 8am - 1pm Friday. No WeekendsSalary - £27,000 - £30,000 DOEMain Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and research new customer opportunities.Manage accounts, including progressing orders and upselling.Maintain service levels.Handle sales administration for priority accounts, including coordination of the sales order chain.Answer inbound calls and direct them accordingly.Respond to sales inquiries by email and telephone.Progress sales orders with the appropriate departments and notify customers accordingly.Respond to product information inquiries.Provide relief to the customer service team.Perform general administrative tasks as part of the role, providing sickness and absence support to the customer service team.Maintain thorough and accurate customer sales records.Perform general administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis.Key Skills & Experience:Internal sales or sales coordinator backgroundStrong interpersonal skills.Numerate and literate with clear communication skills.Time management skills.Listening skills.Good business acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities.Ability to demonstrate patience.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Effective verbal and listening communication skills.Ability to work as a team.Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines.If this is a role you are interested in please apply ASAP with your most up to date CV and you will be called in 48 hours to discuss further if suitable
