Your New Role:
Hays are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 teachers. The ideal teacher will be committed to creating a nurturing environment that really fosters the growth, learning and development of each child, helping each child reach their full potential.To apply for this new job as a key stage 1 teacher:
- Have high expectations and a positive outlook
- You must hold a QTS and either be an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to start their career.
- Be an outstanding teacher who is eager to make a positive difference in KS1
- Be someone who can always engage and enthuse pupils in learning.
- Be someone who understands the importance of assessment, feedback and differentiation
- Have great resilience, determination and uphold school values
- Be open to professional development and thinking creatively
- Have experience of successful subject leadership and vision for driving standards forwards.
