Your New Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Class Teacher to join our team in the Worcester area. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment, ensuring the growth and development of every child. Through collaboration with their team, they will inspire, motivate, and support high-quality learning outcomes, helping students reach their full potential.

As mentioned above, you will be a KS1 teacher. The ideal candidate for this role will be:

  • You must have experience of teaching within the last 5 years in the teaching industry and hold a QTS, PGCE or ECT
  • Have high expectations and a positive outlook
  • Be an outstanding practitioner who is eager to make a positive difference in KS1
  • Be someone who can always engage and enthuse pupils in learning
  • Be someone who understands the importance of assessment, feedback and differentiation
  • Have great resilience, determination and uphold our school values
  • Be open to professional development and thinking creatively
  • Have experience of successful subject leadership and vision for driving standards forwards.
