Salary: £26-29K basic (Dependent on experience) + commission, 40% on Permanent placements

We are hiring at Perfect Personnel for someone looking to get into recruitment or already in it and looking for a new opportunity.
The role is based at our head office in Redditch— ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys the fast paced recruitment environment.
Working Hours
Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM - 16:30PM
Friday: 9:00AM - 16:00PM
Every other Friday off
Role Overview
- Managing and building a desk
- Sales calls, door knocking, emails etc.
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Sourcing, screening, and placing the right candidates into temporary or permanent roles
- Dealing with all aspects of the recruitment process.
- On call duties
