What You’ll Be Doing

Performing high-quality TIG welds on stainless steel components
Working from detailed engineering drawings to tight tolerances
Producing clean, accurate welds that pass visual and dimensional inspections
Maintaining a tidy, safety-first work environment
Taking ownership of your work and contributing to a high-performing team

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in TIG welding, ideally on stainless steel
Experience with exotic materials (titanium, duplex, inconel) is a bonus – training provided
Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings
A steady hand, sharp eye for detail, and a real passion for quality work
Reliable, motivated, and proud of what you produce

Hours & Pay

Starting Rate: £15.00 per hour (up to £16 DOE)
Day Shift:
Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
Friday: 07:30 – 13:00
