?? We’re Hiring: Contracts Administrator?? Location: Redhill area - car driver essential?? Hours: 37.5 per week (8:30am–5:00pm / 8:00am–4:30pm alternate weeks)?? Annual Leave: 22 days (rising with service)

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

As part of our busy administration team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the helpdesk and ensuring seamless operations across a portfolio of sites. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing dedicated admin support to a Contracts Manager and a team of up to 6 engineers
  • Handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
  • Liaising daily with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Logging and responding to callouts from clients
  • Raising purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers
  • Managing health & safety documentation with subcontractors
  • Scheduling engineers and maintaining weekly rotas
  • Preparing documentation for invoicing
  • Setting up new sites (paper and electronic)
  • Inputting data into our in-house IBMS system
  • Assisting with monthly and quarterly contract reports
  • Keeping client databases up to date
  • General admin and ad-hoc support as needed
