We are seeking a dedicated Contact Centre Agent to join my client's dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing a variety of customer service calls, providing support, and offering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle a diverse range of customer service calls with professionalism.
  • Assess customer inquiries and issues, providing effective solutions.
  • Offer clear and accurate information to assist customers, while maintaining a calm and professional manner.
  • Provide reassurance and support to customers, ensuring a positive service experience.
  • Accurately log details about customer interactions and transactions into a computer system.
  • Coordinate with other departments as necessary to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in handling customer service calls, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and resolve inquiries.
