- Running a 360 desk within the Business Support division (admin, PA, customer service, office management, etc.)
- Generating new business through outbound calls, networking, and client meetings
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the process
- Negotiating offers and ensuring successful placements
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to drive team success
- 360 agency recruitment experience is essential
- Strong understanding of the office support / business support recruitment market
- Proven ability to win, grow and retain client business
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Driven, target-oriented, and commercially astute
