Role Overview:

Support pupils with social communication, emotional regulation, and sensory needs. Help deliver tailored learning and promote wellbeing in a safe, inclusive environment. Pupils will have autism related needs.

Main Duties:

Assist with learning activities and behaviour support
Promote independence and emotional wellbeing
Adapt resources and reinforce learning
Provide feedback on pupil progress
Safeguard pupils and follow school policies
Support across both main and satellite sites

Requirements:

GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4 or equivalent)
Level 2 TA qualification or willingness to train
Experience in SEND settings
Understanding of safeguarding and behaviour strategies
