This role will initially require work over the weekend of September 6th and 7th, with continued work Monday through Friday.
The estimated duration of the project is 4 weeks, with the possibility of extension, and candidates must hold SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.

On behalf of our flagship client, we are looking for an experienced site manager to work on a new build housing site in Redruth Cornwall

Must have previous experience of managing residential projects and the ability to oversee sub-contractors. Thisrole is to support existing site team to get the remaining plots over the linewith associated finishing works

Initial start is to work over the weekend of Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th September so the project has management presence on site for the sub-contractor doing some additional works over the weekend. Then continuing Mon-Fri

Estimated timeframe is 4 weeks but this may be extended

Must have SMSTS / First Aid / CSCS
