Customer Solution Advisor – St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Salary: Up to £28,000 OTE | Hours: Monday–Friday, office-based (usual office hours)

Our client is launching a brand-new Customer Solution Sales Team within their vibrant and busy call centre in St Ives. This is a fantastic chance to join a growing team and be part of something exciting from the very start.

Start Date: 15th September
Interviews: Scheduled for next week

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally and courteously

  • Building rapport to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

  • Confidently handling objections and turning interest into confirmed sales

  • Following up on leads, quotes, and opportunities to maximise conversion rates

  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM

  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve team targets and KPIs

  • Meeting or exceeding individual performance targets

Skills & Experience:
  • Retail sales experience, customer service sales experience, fundraising, or any sales-related background is desirable

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade

  • Resilience and a positive attitude towards achieving targets

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven personality
