Interim Administrator - Redruth / Hybrid - £25,000-£26,000 FTE

Well Placed HR have been exclusively engaged by one of our long standing clients, a specialist services business with an outstanding reputation for staff retention, development and customer care. This is a full time, interim contract where the successful candidate will be required until mid/late September 2025. The role can be operated on a hybrid basis working between the company’s offices in Redruth and remotely (50/50).

Working as part of a friendly and experienced team, this will be a broad ranging and interesting position where the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the general administration function within the governance team. Key responsibilities to include:

- Data entry and maintenance of the organisation’s database systems

- Assisting department managers with a range of ongoing projects

- Organising and scheduling board meetings

- Minute taking

- General office duties

For this role we seek an organised and efficient Administrator who is comfortable to regularly liaise with colleagues across all departments and act as first point of contact for external visitors. The organisation is technology driven so good all round IT aptitude and strong MS Office skills will be essential. The role works in a busy function where excellent communication skills will be essential including a willingness to assist with a number of ongoing projects.
