Location: Near Burty St Edmunds /Leiston, Suffolk
Duration: 6 Months Minimum

Are you an experienced Site Agent looking for your next opportunity in the Highways industry? This is your chance to play a key role in delivering a major Highways project. The role will be supporting delivery of a new carriageway scheme involving earthworks, structures and general highways works.

The Company

Our client, a Tier 1 Contractor in the UK, is offering an excellent opportunity for a Site Agent to join their team on a key water project. As a leading infrastructure contractor, they have a strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale civil engineering projects.

The Role

As Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Your role will involve:

  • Ensuring site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Managing project programme, costs, and quality standards.
  • Liaising with clients, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Leading problem-solving and risk management efforts on-site.

About You

  • Strong Knowledge of CDM 15 and NEC
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Proven ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and project delivery.
