An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Co-Ordinator to join a well-established and leading global events contractor supplying rigging, sets and structures to the broadcast and media events industry. Here, you will be responsible for creating and developing dynamic marketing campaigns that will captivate audiences and drive business success. Your role will be pivotal in shaping brand identity, driving client engagement and maximising market impact. Being at the forefront to connect with customers worldwide, leveraging your strategic insights and creative expertise to strengthen the brand across the industry.    Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the wider team to gain knowledge and understanding to create campaigns that align with the brand and company core values
  • Plan, develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve effective company exposure and reach targets in line with company objectives
  • Manage social media accounts and company website by creating content, scheduling posts, engaging with new and existing followers, and tracking performance metrics
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and mailing lists
  • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for business growth
  • Collaborate with HR to develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and highlight business excellence
  • Liaise with internal departments and clients to obtain and share news of event exhibits, business awards, networking events etc. Gathering testimonials and sharing success stories across all platforms
  • Represent the business at local initiatives, awards and networking events to promote our services, strengthening our brand and support regional development
  • Work and share ideas with Management to improve internal systems
 Key Requirements:
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent in Marketing or Business. Highly desirable
  • Proven track record in a marketing position. 1-year minimum experience
  • Strong understanding and proficiency in marketing analytics tools and techniques, with hands-on experience in executing successful campaigns
  • A confident and clear communicator, who can build excellent working relationships both internally and externally
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing and brand building, with insightful thinking and an aptitude for creative out of the box thinking
  • Team player with collaborative approach
  • A positive and proactive mindset, with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Understand the competitive landscape and consumer trends in the market
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 Full-time, office based. 8:00am-5:00pm – Shorter working days would be considered
