The Conveyancing Solicitor duties to include:
- Dealing with both sales and purchases of HNW transactions
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Both freehold and leasehold matters
- Able to handle a caseload with minimal supervision
- Obtaining land registry documents
- Submitting and reviewing searches
- Registering titles
- Stamp duty
- Solicitor of England & Wales
- 1 years + PQE within the area of Residential Conveyancing
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent client care skills
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Able to explain matters in clear, accessible language
- Ability to manage a busy, varied caseload (ideally including high net worth clients), with efficiency and care.
- IT literate
