Experience needed for this Litigation Solicitor role (but not limited) to include:
- Civil Litigation
- Property Litigation
- Landlord and tenant act work
- Debt recovery
- Contentious probate
- Non contentious Employment law
- Solicitor of England & Wales with full rights to work in the UK
- NQ - 2years + PQE within the area of Litigation including official training seats within the areas of Civil Litigation, Property Litigation orContentious Probate is required
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent client care skills
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Able to explain matters in clear, accessible language
- Strong advocacy experience
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business development experience
