Head of RE (Mat cover) - Popular Secondary school located in Richmond - June 25

Smart Teachers are pleased to be working with this Popular Co-Educational Secondary school located in the borough of Richmond. The school are looking to appoint a Head of Religious Education on a 1 Year Maternity cover basis.

The role would involve managing and maintaining the Religious Education department while the current Head of Department is away on Maternity. The role would also involve teaching from KS3-KS5 and would start from June 25 for 1 year. Interviews are to take place asap

The school are currently rated as Ofsted "Good" and are on a journey to achieve a Outstanding rating. The school has a strong SLT team and are very supportive. The school is well served by local transport routes and there is possible parking on site or nearby

To be considered for the role of Head of RE (Mat cover) - Popular Secondary school located in Richmond - June 25 you will:

• QTS or QTLS is essential
• A degree or equivalent education
• Be compassionate, understanding and caring
• Uk Secondary teaching experience
• Experience of running a successful department or a ambitious 2Ic

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
