- Design and lead the company-wide Quality Strategy and Culture
- Oversee divisional quality procedures and ensure consistent compliance across all projects
- Provide expert guidance and support to project-based Quality Managers
- Collaborate with Project Leads to identify and nurture talent within the quality team
- Build and strengthen the Quality Community across the organisation
- Develop and deliver tailored Quality Training for operational teams
- Define and uphold Digital Delivery Standards and expectations
- Manage and evolve the Quality Audit Programme
- Serve as interim Quality Manager during project mobilisation phases
- Lead investigations into significant quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Support the Pre-Construction Team with quality input during bid preparation
- A formal qualification in Construction or a Quality-related discipline
- Proven experience in leading quality strategy within a construction environment
- Progress toward Chartered status with the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) is highly desirable
