We are searching for a creative and skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to become part of the pastry brigade at a prestigious 5-star resort hotel just outside London.
This role offers the chance to express your pastry talent across a wide range of outlets from elegant afternoon teas and refined fine dining desserts to large-scale banqueting and seasonal centrepieces all within a supportive, family-owned establishment.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a high-quality kitchen
Creative flair and precision in pastry presentation
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification
Positive, flexible, team-oriented approach
