Recruitment & Marketing Coordinator Job in Ringwood (Full or Part Time Option Available)
SALARY: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
HOLIDAY: 22 days per annum, plus your Birthday off and Christmas Shutdown
HOURS: Monday - Thursday 8.45 am - 5.30 pm with 1 hour for lunch and Friday 8.45 am - 4.00 pm and a 30-minute lunch break.
LOCATION: Ringwood Office Monday - Thursday, Work from home on Fridays
Duties & Responsibilities of the Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator:
Recruitment & Administration
- Act as a point of contact to candidates and build influential relationships during the full cycle recruiting process
- Source and recruit candidates by using in our house database and job boards
- Pre-select candidates' CVs and applications, register by processing in-house paperwork, checking of identification and eligibility to work in the UK, assessing relevant background and knowledge, skills, and aptitudes
- Enter CVs and contact details onto our database for current and future reference
- Develop an excellent understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment and match candidates to requirements
- Create a shortlist of suitable candidates, prepare CV's, write profiles, and manage the interview process and correspondence through to offer stage
- Post new job adverts onto relevant job boards
- Take responsibility for office stationery supplies
- Comply with industry regulations
Marketing
- Create and schedule social media content
- Create and display window adverts
- Create e-mailers for clients
- Assists managers with Christmas marketing activities
Minimum Experience and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally within a recruitment or HR environment.
- Proven experience creating and scheduling content across social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities; able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- High attention to detail, particularly when handling CVs, candidate information, and job adverts.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems (e.g. recruitment databases or CRM tools).
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and marketing principles.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
