Senior Network Engineer
Location:Ringwood, Hampshire
Salary: £47,000.00 - £50,000.00 DoE + Profit Share
Hours:37.5 hours per week
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer with a keen interest in building technical solutions to help us deliver outstanding service to our customers. You will consult directly with internal and external stakeholders to scope, design, plan, and document technical solutions, implement technical solutions, and assist in the transitions of solutions into live service.
Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years of experience working in a similar role
- Proven expertise in the scoping, designing, implementing, and maintaining of LAN/WAN architectures, VPNs, firewalls, and routing
- Excellent knowledge of supporting and implementing enterprise network technologies including switching, firewalling, routing, and wireless products
- In-depth experience with enterprise grade network hardware (e.g. SonicWall, Cisco, Fortinet)
- Strong understanding of network protocols and services (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS)
This role is subject to a clear standard DBS check being received.
