They are seeking a motivated individual with a background in Household insurance who is ready to take the next step in their career and transition into a Property Insurance Portfolio Manager role.

The Opportunity
- Step into a commercial insurance role with structured support and development.
- Manage a growing portfolio of property insurance clients - starting with renewals and adjustments, and moving into full account handling.
- Learn how to build and maintain long-term client relationships across a range of property and real estate risks.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle client enquiries, policy renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
- Learn to prepare insurance presentations, liaise with insurers, and provide tailored recommendations to clients.
- Develop an understanding of commercial insurance products, market placement, and FCA compliance.
- Maintain accurate client records using manual and digital systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to strong retention levels.
Key Skills
- Experience working in household insurance
- Keen to develop a career in commercial/property insurance.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
- Good administrative and organisational abilities.
- Ideally working towards or interested in gaining CII qualifications (support provided).
