An established and growing contractor within the fire safety sector is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of passive fire protection projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple fire door projects in support of Commercial and Contracts Managers.

  • Prepare and manage project documentation including RAMS, schedules, and health and safety files.

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Maintain internal systems with up-to-date information on project progress, labour allocations, and deliveries.

  • Support with procurement and stock management processes.

  • Assist in compiling project reports and ensuring all documentation meets compliance and audit requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a project coordination, scheduling, or administrative role within construction or fire safety is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and comfortable learning new systems.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and work to deadlines.

  • Knowledge of fire protection systems is advantageous but not essential – training will be provided.
