Ideally you will have a strong fresh food background with a firm understanding of helping run a modern food led Pub.. you will enjoy working closely with the team and have a strong attention to detail for the clientele ..
The perfect background would include be a mix of gastro with rosette standards.
Open for service 4 1/2 days a week..
You will be working for one of the most progressive clients in the region and alongside a strong Head Chef.
Transport will be required as this role is in the Ripon region.
