Estates Assistant

Your new companyWorking for a leading social housing contractor on a temporary contract in Rochdale.Your new role

• Deliver high-quality cleaning, grounds maintenance, and gardening services across estates.
• Ensure work meets agreed standards, specifications, and timescales.
• Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and contractors.
• Act as a visible on-site representative of Guinness, providing access and reporting issues such as:
  • Responsive repairs
  • Fly-tipping
  • Graffiti
  • Safeguarding concerns
• Record and act on customer feedback and minor service improvements.
• Maintain company vehicles in clean, safe condition with regular checks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Driving licence
• * NVQ 2 or 3 in Horticulture of RHS/City and Guilds/HND equivalent. (preferred)
• * PA1, PA4b and PA6 NPTC Certificates (preferred)
