I am looking for a Data Coordinator for a fast growing energy supplier where you'll manage essential business energy supply data within the Power team.As the main point of contact, you’ll ensure the accurate collection, validation, and processing of metering data for customers. Your attention to detail will be crucial in streamlining data processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify data discrepancies, and support new systems and technologies to improve data management.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Meter and AMR installations, updates, and data flows.
  • Resolving any issues that may arise from incorrect meter and/or AMR data in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure appointment accuracy and resolve meter data issues.
  • To support the business with its AMR and Smart meter roll out strategy.
  • Manage meter reading rejections and industry file flows for billing accuracy.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service.
Skills and Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel.
  • SMETS/Smart experience
  • Experience in the energy supply sector operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
