IT Project Manager Contract Position

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled IT Project Manager with previous experience in local government, to join our council client on a contract basis. The role is based in Rochdale, United Kingdom and encompasses overseeing projects within the Finance Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration of new tech systems.
  • Supporting customers and working with stakeholders to successfully deliver on related projects.
  • Management and support of technical changes and upgrades on the Civica financial platform.
Required Skills:
  • Local Government Experience: Direct experience in managing projects within local government settings is crucial.
  • Finance Service Project Management: Proven track record of successfully managing finance-related projects will be advantageous.
  • Tech Upgrade Implementation: Experience with implementing technological upgrades, with a preference for candidates who have worked with Civica Financials and BluePrism.
