Our client, a leading supplier of high-quality FMCG products, is seeking an experienced Head of Buying to join their dynamic team.
This hybrid role allows for work-from-home two days a week and involves managing a team of buyers across multiple categories and suppliers.
Candidates should have experience as a Senior Buyer in FMCG, along with strong people management skills and a robust network within the FMCG supplier and customer base.
The position requires excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills such as VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, and SUMIF.
The role offers a salary of up to £60,000, a £10,000 bonus, staff discounts, and significant opportunities for career progression.

Hybrid Role, WFH 2 days a week

The Role

Manage a team of buyers across multiple categories and suppliers
Support the team to use the principles of category management
Manage the promotional cycle of the business
Develop relationships with suppliers and manufacturers

The Candidate

Experienced FMCG Senior Buyer with multiple category responsibility
Experienced people manager
Strong network within FMCG supplier & Customer base.
Excellent command of Microsoft excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, SUMIF etc)
