KPJ Group is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading global company in the food production industry at their site based in Rochdale.

What’s on offer?
- £48,000 per year
- Fri - Sun | 12 hour shifts | 6am - 6pm
- Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)
- 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

What will you be doing as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer?
- Performing reactive and planned maintenance on machinery
- Designing improvements in production processes to boost efficiency
- Collaborating with teams to maintain quality & safety standards
- Optimising operations to hit production targets
- Investigating issues and identifying areas to improve
- Supporting the introduction of new equipment and technology
What do you need?
- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Time served as an apprentice (desirable)
