About Us:
Our client is a leading North West based contractor specialising in the delivery of high-quality, affordable housing. They are passionate about creating sustainable communities and are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and deliver new build social housing projects from inception to completion.

The Role:
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of new build housing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate with design teams, contractors, and local authorities while managing risks and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of multiple new build social housing projects.

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control processes.

  • Coordinate and liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, and health and safety legislation.

  • Prepare and present regular project updates and reports.

  • Oversee procurement processes and contract management.

  • Drive sustainability, innovation, and community engagement within projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing new build social housing or residential construction projects.

  • Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • A passion for delivering high-quality, affordable homes and building thriving communities.

  • Full UK driving licence.
