We are delighted to be supporting our client in their search for an administrator to join their small but friendly team.

This is a fast paced, busy role and we are looking for someone who thrives in this sort of environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adding and loading quotes and jobs into the database.
  • Responding to emergency call-out requests from clients, ensuring action is taken within required timeframes.
  • Completing all related administrative work to a high standard.
  • Handling telephone inquiries from clients, contractors, and staff across various departments.
  • Liaising effectively with clients, employees, and subcontractors for a diverse range of projects and services.
  • Supporting the Operations team and Manager with various administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining effective communication throughout the organisation.

What We're Looking For:

  • A self-motivated individual with at least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for effective communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; open to learning new systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
  • A proactive approach to self-development and a desire to grow within the company.

Working Hours and Benefits:
