Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs?

We're working with a brilliant specialist school in Rochdale that supports students aged 11-16 with a range of complex learning needs, autism, and physical or sensory impairments. The team is warm, welcoming, and focused on creating a safe, inclusive space where students can truly thrive.

As a SEN Teacher you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, tailored teaching to pupils primarily across KS2, KS3 and KS4
  • Plan and differentiate engaging lessons to meet EHCP outcomes and developmental milestones
  • Work closely with the SENCO, support staff and parents/carers to provide a consistent and holistic approach

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in an SEN setting (or strong SEN knowledge within a mainstream environment)
  • A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to classroom management
  • Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to nurturing every child's progress

To be eligible you must:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references
