Snowdon Recruitment are working with a well established M&E contractor who specialise in delivering electrical services across the commercial and industrial sectors.
This company are looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join their team in Kent.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking control of the lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation to completion under NEC4 frameworks.
Main Duties for the Electrical Contracts Manager

Ensure strict compliance with the contract’s terms, conditions, and procedural requirements (e.g. Early Warnings, Compensation Events, and programme updates).

Interpret and apply NEC4 provisions to maintain compliance and assist project teams in contractual decision-making.

Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to support contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct weekly forecast meetings with the team.

Assist in the planning and coordination of key milestones to align with contract programmes and agreed variations.

Experience in JCT/FIDIC Contracts
