About the Role

A leading Passive Fire Protection contractor is seeking a Project Support / Project Co-ordinator to assist the Director and wider operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills looking to develop their career within the construction or fire protection sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director in all administrative aspects of live projects.

  • Coordinate documentation, certification, and compliance records.

  • Manage project trackers, data entry, and progress reports.

  • Liaise with clients, site teams, and suppliers to ensure timely updates and actions.

  • Maintain accurate records and assist with quality assurance documentation.

  • Follow up on project deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Contribute to internal system improvements and standardisation of documentation.

About You

  • Previous experience in project support, coordination, or construction administration.

  • Knowledge or exposure to the passive fire sector highly desirable.
